The 10th CI-WS will be held at the “Zeferino Vaz” campus of the University of Campinas, located at Campinas, São Paulo. Campinas is the center of the Metropolitan Region of Campinas, a major hub for technological, scientific, and industrial production in Brazil.

The University of Campinas (UNICAMP) is one of the biggest universities in Brazil, with nearly 1,700 faculty members, over 40,000 graduate and undergraduate students, and 8% of the Brazilian research output. According to both QS and THE rankings, UNICAMP is the second-best university in Brazil and the third in Latin America, and it holds the 220th position in the QS World University Rankings.
