- Registrations must be made through the ABCM Event Management System.
- The presenting author must be registered before the submission of the Final Paper.
- At least one author must register for each paper that is accepted for presentation and inclusion in the conference proceedings.
- The papers that are not presented during the congress in the oral or poster session assigned will not be included in the proceedings of the event.
- The payment of the registration fee entitles to receiving the participant pack and attending all technical sessions, lectures, round tables, discussion meetings, ABCM prize events, ABCM general meeting, ABCM Technical Committee meetings, welcome cocktail, farewell coffee and the Innovation Fair. Participation in the Congress Dinner is voluntary and will require the payment of an additional fee.
- The payment of the registration fee entitles the Paying Author to the publication of one paper. Each additional paper of the same Paying Author requires the payment of an additional publication fee.
- Authors that request cancellation of the registration prior to November 3 will receive a reimbursement of 70 % of the value paid.
- In the event of having the final paper rejected, the author is entitled to receive full reimbursement.
