- The abstract, with 300 to 400 words, should describe the objectives, context and relevance of the research, the methods adopted, the results and conclusions of the work. It should not contain neither formulae nor reference to bibliography.
- The author who logs-in the ABCM Event Management System and submits the abstract is the article Corresponding Author.
- All co-authors must be listed, including the names and addresses of their institutions, and e-mail addresses.
- The Corresponding Author must indicate the Paying Author and the Presenter. They may not be the same person and they may not be in the author list. Check here for the fees policies.
- After submission, the co-authors and the presenter will be notified of their inclusion in this submission. Only after they accept this submission it will be available for review.
- The abstract will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee to check for the adherence of the intended contribution to the scope of the congress, and the appropriateness of the area and subarea selected by the authors.
- The decision will be accepted or rejected.
