- All co-authors must be listed in the submission, including their full names, institutional affiliations, and email addresses. The review will only begin after all the coauthors accept the submission.
- The Corresponding Author is responsible for identifying both the Paying Author and the Presenter of the full paper.
- The abstract will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee to ensure that it aligns with the congress scope and that the selected area and subarea are appropriate for the content. The abstract will either be accepted or rejected based on this review.
