The fee allows the participant to submit one paper. Any additional paper requires an extra charge of R$350,00.<\/p>\n

Delegates’ companions are welcome to take part in the welcome cocktail, conference dinner and transfer service by paying a fee of R$250,00.<\/p>\n

Delegates not staying at the conference hotel accommodation<\/strong> (Pousadas dos Pirineus) are welcome to attend the conference dinner by paying R$100.00<\/strong> (BRL) fee. Dinner can be booked during the event.<\/p>\n

To register, you must log in to the ABCM system, http:\/\/www.sistema.abcm.org.br\/users\/login<\/a> (on the left menu you will find the option Register)
\n<\/em>The registration fee includes one presentation per author<\/em><\/p>\n

1) Cancellation Policy for ABCM Conferences
\n1.1) Cancellations must be requested from the conference organizers and approved by ABCM.
\n1.2) Until 1 month before the event starts, a 70% refund will be provided.
\n1.3) Otherwise, no refund will be provided.
\n1.4) There is one exception, a final paper being rejected when its respective extended abstract was accepted, where a 100% refund will be provided.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
