The Hofer Young Researchers Award is granted during DINAME to young researchers demonstrating outstanding research performance in disciplines encompassed by the scope of DINAME.
The award was established in 2013 and is being maintained thanks to Prof. Eberhard Hofer and his wife, Mrs. Ute Hofer.
The main goal of the award is to encourage young researchers to move forward in research activities and also to inspire new students to follow this way.
To be eligible for the award, nominees should, at the moment of the nomination, preferably: i) be under 35 years old, and ii) have been awarded their doctorate degree within the last four years. Nominees must register, participate and present a research work during DINAME 2025.
Candidates for the award can be nominated by recognized scientists from academia and industry. Nominations must be sent to abcm@abcm.org.br.
The Selection Committee will review all received nominations and will announce the winner during DINAME 2025.
The winner will receive a certificate, a trophy and a pecuniary reward.
The Committee of Dynamics reviewed the received nominations and decided that the Hofer Young Researchers Award of 2025 will be awarded to:
