Oral presentations will have a 20 min duration, with 15 min for the presentation followed by 5 min for discussion.
Presenting authors should arrive at the presentation room at least 15 min before the session starts and confirm that the slides are uploaded and ready for display properly. Accepted formats: PowerPoint or PDF. If the slides include multimedia (video or audio), please make sure they work properly in the computer available in the room before the session starts.
Poster sessions will be scheduled during the coffee breaks (30 min duration).
Presenting authors are responsible for printing and bringing their posters to the symposium venue. Poster printing services will not be available at the symposium venue.
The posters must be printed in portrait orientation with dimensions: height 120 cm and width 90 cm, paper or fabric, and must include a string for hanging the poster at the designated stand (hanging hooks will be provided).
There is no fixed format and organization of the poster’s contents. Still, they must include the identification code (DIN-2025-XXXX), the full paper title, and the names and affiliations of all authors of the corresponding paper.
The posters must be hung on the assigned stands (with the number corresponding to the poster number) before the beginning of the corresponding scheduled session. The stands will be arranged in the coffee break area.
Presenting authors should be available to present their posters and are required to be at the poster location to answer any questions for the entire assigned session.
