Accepted formats: PowerPoint or PDF. If the slides include multimedia (video or audio), please make sure they work properly in the computer available in the room before the session starts.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n    <section class=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container-content\">\n            <div class=\"block-text-title \">\n                <h2 class=\"title\">Instructions for Poster Presentations<\/h2>\n                <p>Poster sessions will be scheduled during the coffee breaks (30 min duration).<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nPresenting authors are responsible for printing and bringing their posters to the symposium venue. Poster printing services will not be available at the symposium venue.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nThe posters must be printed in portrait orientation with dimensions: height 120 cm and width 90 cm, paper or fabric, and must include a string for hanging the poster at the designated stand (hanging hooks will be provided).<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nThere is no fixed format and organization of the poster&#8217;s contents. Still, they must include the identification code (DIN-2025-XXXX), the full paper title, and the names and affiliations of all authors of the corresponding paper.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nThe posters must be hung on the assigned stands (with the number corresponding to the poster number) before the beginning of the corresponding scheduled session.
