In the online conference, all presentations must be prepared in advance using some software of video making. A few suggestions of free and paid software are given below, but other options can be used as well.
\nThe video of each accepted paper should last between 10 and 15 minutes. It is not necessary that the author appears in the video; only the slide presentation itself needs to be displayed together with the oral exposition, which must be delivered in the English language.
\nWhen preparing your presentation, it is recommended that you use the masks below to conform your presentation to the standard of\u00a0ENCIT<\/span> 2020.<\/p>\n

The videos of all papers accepted for presentation in ENCIT 2020 will be accessible via YouTube.
\nAfter the video is prepared, it should be uploaded in one of the author\u2019s YouTube account; the link to watch the video must be informed by the author in the ABCM conference management system.

Important<\/h3>\n

Only papers that are presented at the conference will be published in the proceedings of ENCIT 2020. To avoid \u201cno-show\u201d in the conference, which would cause the paper to be withdrawn of the proceedings, it is necessary to meet the requirements below:
\n(i) The YouTube link of the paper presentation must be informed by the author in the ABCM conference management system up to November 7, 2020. See instructions below.
\n(ii) The presentation must last between 10 and 15 minutes, and follow the standards of conference presentations.
\n(iii) During the period of the conference (November 16 to 20, 2020), the comments resource of the video in YouTube should be turned on; all technical questions and comments made by the viewers should be answered by the authors during the conference.<\/p>\n

1) Suggestions of software for video making<\/strong>

\nIOS \u2013 Quicktime
\nIOS or Windows \u2013 OBS Studio<\/p>\n

Paid software:<\/strong>
\nIOS or Windows \u2013 Adobe Captivate<\/p>\n

You can find on the Internet several videos with instructions on how to prepare video presentations using the above software. The video below demonstrates how to prepare the video presentation using the OBS Studio.<\/p>\n

2) To submit the web link of the video in the ABCM conference management system<\/strong>
\n2.1) First, the video must be uploaded in YouTube. For this, the author needs a Google account to login in YouTube. Then, the video can be uploaded by clicking the icon of the camera in right upper corner. Important:<\/p>\n

(i) In the \u201cPrivacy Settings\u201d drop-down menu, you are recommended to choose the setting \u201cUnlisted\u201d for the video. In this case, your presentation will not be listed in search results in YouTube. The video can be viewed only by those who have access to the link of your presentation (that is, the participants of the conference).<\/p>\n

(ii) Make sure to enable the comments.<\/p>\n

2.2) After the video is available in YouTube, copy and paste the web link of the video in the designated space in the ABCM conference management system.<\/p>\n
