For ENCIT 2026, your abstract should be a comprehensive overview of your research, composed of 300 to 400 words. It must address the following aspects:

  • Objectives: State the primary aims of your study.

  • Context: Provide background information to situate your research within the broader field.

  • Significance of the Study: Explain your findings’ importance and potential impact.

  • Methods: Describe the approach and techniques used to conduct your research.

  • Key Results: Summarize the most critical findings of your work.

  • Conclusions: Present the main outcomes and implications of your study.

Please ensure your abstract is written in a narrative format without including formulas or bibliographic references.

In addition, note that there is no requirement to follow a specific template for abstract submissions. The process will be entirely online, with the system providing designated fields for entering your title, abstract, and keywords. You do not need to upload a file during this stage; simply input your details directly into the system.

The submission of your full paper will take place at a later stage. When that time comes, you will be required to submit the complete document following a specific template, which will be provided in due course. We encourage you to wait for the release of that template to ensure that your paper adheres to all formatting guidelines.

We appreciate your attention to these guidelines and are here to help should you have any questions or need further clarification.
