\r\nTo be published in the proceedings, each paper should have an associated registration fee and be presented at the congress.

Student registration rates are available only to full-time undergraduate and graduate students who have not yet received their certificates. Post-docs may not register as students. Proof of student status is required to confirm the student rate. Proof consists of a copy of the student’s identification card or a letter from the institution’s registrar verifying student status.

\r\n
\r\nFor INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES<\/strong>, the adopted fee is USD 300
\r\n
\r\n 
\r\n
\r\nThe registration fees allow for the submission and publication of only one paper per author. For each additional paper, an additional R$ 250,00 (USD 60 for international participants) fee will be charged.
\r\n
\r\n 
\r\n
\r\nPapers not presented (oral or poster) at the congress will not be included in the official proceedings.
\r\n
\r\n1) Cancellation Policy for ABCM Conferences
\r\n1.1) Cancellations must be requested from the conference organizers and approved by ABCM.
\r\n1.2) Until 1 month before the event starts, a 70% refund will be provided.
\r\n1.3) Otherwise, no refund will be provided.
\r\n1.4) There is one exception: a final paper being rejected when its respective extended abstract was accepted, where a 100% refund will be provided.
