The VIII ENEBI 2024 will accept the submission of full papers from 3 to 6 pages in Portuguese, Spanish, or English. Submissions must be made through the ABCM Submission System. A percentage of works may be selected for presentation in the form of posters, with no technical distinction in the certificates based on the presentation format.
The main feature of ENEBI is the opportunity to submit works in progress with only partial results, which will be presented and discussed collaboratively and informally by the scientific community, facilitating the exchange of experiences among professionals in this multidisciplinary field.
Full papers must adhere to the Word template or LaTeX format (link to templates). All authors should include their ORCID identifier (https://orcid.org/) in the paper. If the author does not have an ORCID identifier, it can be obtained at https://orcid.org/register.
Papers will be presented orally in either Oral Presentation Sessions or Poster Sessions.
The Proceedings of the VIII ENEBI 2024 will be published exclusively in digital format on the event’s website. Only works presented during the congress will be published in the event proceedings.
Registration for ENEBI 2024 can be done after the results are announced. Abstract and Paper submissions do not require prior event registration.
Submissions occur in 3 stages:
1. Abstracts
– Start of submissions with Abstract submission (The abstract is entered in a specific field in the ABCM Submission System. No file submissions are allowed. Templates will not be used in this stage.)
– Review of Abstracts by the Scientific Committee and announcement of results (check results in the ABCM system)
2. Papers (Draft)
– Submission of Full Paper (The paper file, following the event template, must be submitted in the ABCM Submission System.)
– Review of Full Papers by the Scientific Committee and announcement of results (check results in the ABCM system)
3. Papers (Final)
– Submission of Final Version of Full Paper for publication (All authors must submit the final version of the Full Paper, even if reviewers suggest no modifications. There will be no further review by the Scientific Committee. Mandatory step for presentation at the event and publication of the Full Paper in the proceedings.)
