As the XII Spring School of Transition and Turbulence will be held online, all papers accepted with oral presentation must make a video of their presentation recorded in advance and all accepted with poster presentation must make their poster for digital availability.
A detailed tutorial is provided below in order to instruct the procedures for making the video. We suggest the use of the software OBS Studio. Each video should take no more than 10 minutes and the oral presentation can be done in Portuguese or English. The video should preferably be recorded in Matroska format (.mkv), as informed in the tutorial. When the video is presented at EPTT 2020 live streaming, the authors must be present to answer the questions of the viewers.
A template for the poster, containing instructions for making it, is available below. The poster must be made in size A0, with specific margins, and must contain the EPTT 2020 header, the title of the manuscript, the name of all authors, affiliations, name and e-mail of the corresponding author and an abstract with a maximum of 500 words. The language used can be Portuguese or English. The poster can be done with any editing software, as long as the guidelines and instructions presented in the model are followed, and the final file is saved in PDF format.
Once completed, the video of the presentation or the PDF poster must be sent to EPTT 2020 organization through the following platform: https://forms.gle/G8FxZ5FMx69PsTMR9
Only the papers presented (with video files or posters sent) will be published in the Proceedings and will be evaluated for a selection of the best articles to be published in a special
edition.
The deadline for sending videos and posters is August 30 th , 2020.
