Your contribution must be prepared in LaTeX, Microsoft Word, or LibreOffice. Please use the following templates:

We remind you that only the pdf file will need to be uploaded in the ABCM Event Management System.

PDF Guidelines:

Save your PDF file using a file name with the word UNC-2026 followed by a hyphen and the article number. For example: UNC-2026-1185.pdf

 

The quality of the digital images should have an original high-resolution of at least 150 dpi for diagrams and 300 dpi for graphs and images.

If you use Acrobat Distiller or Acrobat PDF virtual printer to create your PDF file, please select one of the high print quality job options proposed by Adobe as Print quality, Press quality, High quality, etc.

All options will thus be automatically suitable.

 

Do not protect your PDF by security options.

Check your final PDF document carefully to ensure that all fonts and special characters appear in the same style as originally intended.
