Registration

Based on current quotations for the conference center with support equipment and staff, welcome reception, everyday lunch-box, coffee-breaks, conference material and conference banquet, including taxes, the expected registration fees are as follows:

Registration fees will include:

• Admission to all conference sessions


• Welcome reception


• Conference material


• Lunch-box everyday


• Two coffee breaks per day


• Conference banquet

The IHTC-18 budget will be revised by January 2025, in order to establish the final values for the registration fees.
