English is the official language of the Symposium. Therefore, all written communications (abstracts, final papers, etc.) must be in English. Presentations must also be delivered in English.
The abstract must be between 300 and 400 words, outlining:
• The objectives,
• Context,
• Significance of the study,
• The methods used,
• Key results,
• Conclusions.
Please ensure the abstract does not include any formulas or bibliographic references.
The submission of abstracts does not require the use of a template. This phase of submission will be conducted directly through the online system, where authors should enter the title, abstract, and keywords in the provided fields.
Please note that no file submission is necessary for the abstract. The system will allow you to input the information in a simplified manner for the submission process.
The paper submission will occur at a later stage, and at that point, the submission of the file will be required according to the specific template, which will be provided shortly. Please wait for the release of the template to ensure your full paper meets all formatting requirements.

Once your Abstract is approved, you will be invited to submit a Full Paper. Full Papers can be 4 to 10 pages long and must include research results. They must be formatted according to DINAME 2027 Guidelines using either our Word or Latex templates and submitted as a PDF file. All Full Papers will be evaluated by a panel of reviewers based on their scientific contribution and compliance with the formatting guidelines.

Once your Full Paper is approved, you will be invited to submit a Final Paper, which is an updated, corrected version of the Full Paper. Final Papers must comply with the reviewers’ requests. They must be submitted even if the Full Paper is accepted as is. Only Final Papers — not Full Papers — will be published in the Conference Proceedings. Please note that at least one of the authors must pay the registration fee for the paper to be included in the Conference Program and, if presented at the Conference, published in the Proceedings.
The following thematic areas have been defined within the scope of DINAME 2027. While submitting their abstracts, authors must ascribe the area which best matches the content of their papers.
