The MecSol will be held at ITA facilities in São José dos Campos

The campus is easily accessible from the city center or nearby hotels, where it is expected that most participants will choose to stay. The distance is less than 3.0 km (2.0 miles) from the city center. The campus is within a 20 min walk from a number of hotels.

Professor Urbano Ernesto Stumpf airport (SJK) is located in the aeroepace hub of São José dos Campos, less than 5 km from ITA with a limited offer of local flights. The Guarulhos international airport (GRU) in the outskirts of São Paulo is located 77 km from ITA, acessible by public bus transportation.
