Important Information for Congress Participants

Registration Deadline

Online registration will close on Sunday, October 18, at 8:00 PM (Brasília time). Please note that on-site registration will not be available.

Location and Access Information

We have prepared an information map to help participants with directions, access points, and other useful details.

Access Authorization

All officially registered participants have already been included in the authorized access list. This procedure is required because the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA) is located within a military facility.

Also do not forget to bring a valid ID.

Foreign participants that did not filled the clearance form are not authorized to access DCTA / ITA Campus.

Parking Information

Participants are welcome to use the available parking facilities. No prior vehicle registration or parking reservation is required.

However, all occupants of the vehicle, including the driver and passengers, must be on the authorized access list to enter the facility.
