Instructions for Authors

• Banner Template: The use of the template is MANDATORY. The size and amount of information in each section may be adjusted at the authors’ discretion.
• Oral Presentation Template: The use is OPTIONAL. Authors may choose to use the provided template or their own presentation design.
• .pptx Files: Presentations must be created using Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides. Do not convert or edit them in other applications, as this may cause inconsistencies or formatting issues.
• Alternatively, templates are also available in Canva format (for both Banner and Oral Presentation).
• If authors decide to use the Canva templates, it is essential to MAKE A COPY of the file via the provided link before editing.
