Instructions for oral technical sessions
Please, before the beginning of the session where your paper is scheduled to be presented, make sure you upload your presentation on the computer of the room where the session will be held.
The time of presentation is 20 min, with the initial 15 minutes for oral exposition without interruption, plus 5 minutes for questions and interactions with the audience. To keep the conference running on time, the time of presentation will be strictly observed by the chair of the session.
Authors can use the PowerPoint templates below to prepare their slides. It is not mandatory the use of the slide templates; authors are free to make modifications on the templates to best fit their presentations.
Instructions for poster technical sessions
The poster size should be 90 cm × 120 cm.
Authors are responsible for setting up and the removal of their posters according to the following schedule:
– Setup time: 8:30 am
– Poster networking period: 4:30 pm to 6:10 pm
– Authors are recommended to be by their posters during coffee breaks
Authors can use the PowerPoint template below to prepare their posters. It is not mandatory the use of the poster template; authors are free to make modifications on the template to best fit their presentations.
