Children rates policy: R$ 30.00 each day + 3% ISS for children up to 5 years old if they stay in an apartment with two paying people. The rates are normal for children above 6 years old.
Reservation confirmation
To guarantee the reservation, it is necessary to pay for the first day rate by credit card or banking transfer.
Reservation cancelation
The cancellation is free up to 7 days from the date of purchase, upon formal documented consultation. After 7 days from the date of purchase and 8 days before the check-in, a 10% fee will be applied. The hotel charges 100% of the first day rate required for the reservation confirmation when the cancellation is requested 7 or less days before of check-in date.
