At least one author must register for each paper that is accepted for presentation and inclusion in the conference proceedings. The papers that are not presented (oral or poster) during the congress will not be included in the official proceedings of the event.nt.
Authors that request cancellation of the registration prior to October 22nd will receive a reimbursement of 70 % of the value paid. In the event of having the final paper rejected, the author is entitled to receive full reimbursement.
PAYMENT BY PAYPAL IN DOLAR
Your registration fee can be paid by PayPal to ABCM – Associação Brasileira de Engenharia e Ciências Mecânicas, email address abcm@abcm.org.br.
1.1. In your PayPal account, use the link “Send & Request” and send your payment to: abcm@abcm.org.br (see figure below).
1.2. After pressing “Next” (see figure above), you will be directed to a page where you need to select the currency (USD, for US Dollars) and include the amount to be paid.
1.3. On this page, in the field available to add a note, include the following text: Registration fee for COBEM-21: YOUR NAME. This note will be used to identify the payment of your registration fee (see figure below)
Attention: In the case of cancellation after the payment, the registration fee will be reimbursed but $100 US Dollars will be deducted as a cancellation fee
