Guidelines for preparing and sending e-posters. Deadline: October 8
At COBEM2021, the electronic posters will have the form of 5 slides as mentioned below. The e-posters will be available to participants from the first day of the congress. The e-poster sessions will provide the opportunity for technical-scientific discussions between participants and authors. There will be no presentations.
Attention, the author must be logged in on the day and time of his/her e-poster session! In case of a no-show, the paper will not be included in the congress proceedings.
Below you can find instructions regarding the preparation and submission of your e-poster. Please read it carefully::
Preparing the e-poster:
– The e-poster must be made using this template file (LINK).
– The paper code must be assigned as the file name (ex. COBEM2021-xxxx). Your e-poster must be sent ONLY in PDF format.
– Avoid using images as background resulting in large-size files (maximum file size is 5MB).
– The presentation size must be 16:9 (1920 by 1080 pixels)
– Your presentation can have a maximum of 5 slides (including cover and last page).
– The use of pictures, tables, and graphs is encouraged in order to make your presentation clear.
– All e-posters must be written in English.
Submitting the e-poster:
- Remember to name your pdf file using your paper code: COBEM2021-xxxx.pdf. (maximum file size is 5MB).
- Upload the file using any sharing platform: YouTube, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or WeTransfer, the latter being the most recommended.
- After the file is uploaded, you must fill in the form below, and in the “LINK” field, insert the URL to share your pdf. Form: https://forms.gle/sfrjhe8ArqTHjULU8
Notes:
– Does not upload your file using the link at the ABCM’s paper submission system.
– The submission of the e-poster within the deadline is the responsibility of the presenter (author or co-author). Deadline: October 8.
– Remember to make the LINK public so that there is no problem downloading your pdf.
